I am looking for a coupon to repurchase a 12-pack of Nabisco Fig Newtons. On February 6, I bought two different packages from Walmart. I have been a long-time fan of your product and can tell when they are fresh or not. Unfortunately, the 12-pack Fig Newtons were harder than the 10oz package I purchased at the same time. The specific numbers on the 12-pack are 01 July 19, MM201A, 19:55, and it contains 12-2.1 oz packs. The other pack I bought was great, very tender, and enjoyable. I would appreciate a coupon as I do not want to eat the stale 12-pack. Thank you.

I am very dissatisfied with Nabisco's Ginger Snaps. I don’t understand why such a classic favorite has been altered in this manner. The customer base for this product is primarily older individuals, and we are disappointed with the changes that have been made. It is disheartening to see a beloved treat turned into subpar quality. While cost-effectiveness is important, it would be appreciated if Nabisco could produce at least one item that they could stand behind proudly. It appears that there is a disconnect between the company and its customers. As a concerned consumer, I urge Nabisco to consider making healthier and higher quality products instead of focusing solely on reducing costs. Putting people's well-being above profits should be a priority. Customers are the foundation of a business, so it is essential to listen to their feedback. If there are numerous complaints like this, it is time for Nabisco to reevaluate their priorities and improve as a company.

Hello! I usually don't reach out to companies, but I wanted to share my feedback on Ritz crackers by Nabisco. These used to be my favorite with a nice buttery flavor, perfect for dipping. However, recently, I've noticed a decline in quality - the flavor remains good, but the crackers crumble too easily now, even though the box is intact. It's disappointing to have to resort to using a spoon to eat them, especially when they are meant for dipping. I hope the company can do something to prevent the crackers from falling apart so easily when picked up. Thank you!

I recently purchased various Nabisco Oreo cookies at my local store. Upon opening the packages at my daycare, I discovered they were old and stale. When I tried to return them, the manager was unhelpful, stating no refunds or exchanges were allowed. I believe that expired products should not be on the shelves. I would greatly appreciate it if fresh samples could be sent to me. Thank you.

We bought two boxes of Premium Saltine minis, and unfortunately, they had burnt crackers inside. The crackers appeared burnt and tasted like burnt flour. Both boxes had the same number stamped on them: 19JUN19AX207, which I assume is a lot number. These Saltine crackers are our favorite, and they have always been perfectly baked until this purchase. We got them from our local Hy-Vee grocery store in Iowa City, Iowa. We are hoping to receive a coupon, voucher, or reimbursement for these disappointing boxes. We have a photo of the crackers and can send it in response to your email.

Can you believe there has never been a Double Stuffed Nutter Butter cookie? Since the Girl Scouts changed their classic peanut butter sandwich cookie recipe, I only enjoy one brand now. NutterButters have been my favorite for years, but I always wished for a Double Stuffed version. Even though there are so many types of Oreos, this upgrade seems like a no-brainer. I'm sure many people would love it too. It's surprising this hasn't happened already. Imagine the boost in sales! I don't need any credit, I just want to be able to buy tons of these improved cookies. Let's make this happen, Nabisco!

Subject: Suggestion for Oreo Wafers without Cream
Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope this message finds you well. As a Personal Care Aide, I have a suggestion that I believe could be a game-changer for your Oreo cookies. Many of my patients who love Oreos are unable to enjoy them due to health reasons such as diabetes. I have often wondered why there are no Oreo wafers without the cream center available. I have friends and family members who love the taste of the cookie but avoid the sugary cream. I believe that this product idea could be a huge success, especially among parents who limit their children's sugar intake.
I kindly request you to consider producing Oreo Wafers without the cream as I think they would be a popular item. Thank you for taking the time to read my suggestion.
Sincerely,
Andrea T. Spell

Hello Nabisco,
I recently bought a box of Chicken in a Biskit over the weekend after about a year since my last purchase. I'm disappointed with the product. The box is smaller, the crackers were mostly broken, but the major issue lies in the taste. It seems Nabisco has changed the recipe substantially. The crackers are bland, overly salty, dry, and lack any chicken flavor.
I hope this was just a one-time issue, but sadly, I don't think I'll be buying these again. I apologize for the complaint, but this time they were really unpleasant to eat.
Regards,
R. Olson

I have been purchasing Oreos for 25 years, and the double stuff variety has always been a favorite in my family. However, I am disappointed with the new mega stuff Oreos. The cookie is harder, doesn't soften in milk, and the filling is overwhelming, masking the cookie's flavor. Additionally, I am frustrated because lately, the three-row packages we buy weekly have been inconsistent, sometimes containing the unwanted mega stuff Oreos instead of the traditional double stuff ones. This has been affecting our weekly Friday night tradition with my 7-year-old daughter, who notices the difference and calls them "crappy ones." It's disheartening to have to throw away these mismatched cookies and spend more money looking for the original double stuff Oreos. I hope that this feedback reaches the right people at the company to address these quality control issues. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have not purchased a Nabisco product since they moved to Mexico. I grew up with them in our home. As a young man buying my own food, Oreos and Chips Ahoy became staples in my diet. I was heartbroken and hurt when you moved out of the country. I quit my cookies “cold turkey”. My own personal boycott. Recently, I broke down, I saw them on the shelf and thought, “it’s been long enough”. So, I am now a regular buyer of Oreos and Chips Ahoy. The last 3 or 4 times I have made a purchase, the Chips Ahoy's have been broken, mostly at the ends of the package. It's only about 5-6 cookies. However, this last one was the worst by far, with nearly 1/3 of the package broken! I have seen similar complaints. Being in the transportation and logistics industry, I know stuff breaks. That said, this is beyond that. I have photos I can send. I have not seen a resolution to any of the other prior issues. I am curious about a resolution that Nabisco deems suitable. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Awaiting your response. - M.H.

I am disappointed with the recent changes to Ritz crackers. As a baby boomer who grew up enjoying the original big and thick crackers, I am frustrated by the new thin version. While they might be easier to crumble for recipes, I miss their ability to hold dips and toppings without falling apart. My husband loves Ritz with chunky peanut butter, but now spreading it on the thin crackers causes them to break into many pieces. I remember how sturdy and reliable Ritz used to be, and I urge the company to reconsider this change. As a loyal consumer, I hope they bring back the old, stronger version of Ritz crackers.

I recently opened a box of Nabisco wheat crackers and was surprised to find some of them severely burnt while others were normal. This has happened to me before with Nabisco regular crackers as well, causing me to switch to other brands. I decided to give Nabisco wheat crackers a chance, hoping the issue was resolved, but unfortunately, it seems to persist. I am disappointed to see this inconsistency in the product. It is frustrating to spend money on a product only to have a portion of it be unsatisfactory. Until this mixing issue is addressed, I will not be purchasing Nabisco products. It's unfortunate because Nabisco could be leading the market if not for this quality problem. I hope this feedback helps improve the product for future customers. - JW

Recently, I decided to go back to purchasing Oreos. I had been buying an alternative brand of chocolate-filled cookies from Save-a-Lot, and honestly, they were much superior to yours. The cookie itself was of higher quality, and the filling was more enjoyable. I then gave your mint-filled cookies a try, bought at Walmart, and I was severely disappointed. Many cookies were broken in the package, and the filling was overwhelming, tasting like minty styrofoam. My neighbor had a similar experience with your chocolate-filled cookies. It appears that your mass production approach is not resulting in a better product; in fact, it is making it worse. The UPC on my cookies was 44[redacted] - 7 20SEPT19AZ2-3-1 21:02. It's a shame that your company is not maintaining quality. I may have to explore other options like Keebler for a better cookie.

Hello! Recently, I had a strong craving for a childhood favorite - cinnamon graham crackers with milk. After picking up a box from my local store, I excitedly indulged in them, only to discover that there was no cinnamon on the crackers. It seemed like the cinnamon application may have been missed during production. Even though they weren't as expected, I still enjoyed them. I have photos of the product and box details, purchased from Meijer, in case this information is useful. Just wanted to share my experience in case there are more batches without cinnamon out there. Thanks!

I recently bought a package of Nabisco Chips Ahoy Chewy cookies. Upon taking a bite, I encountered a rubbery substance. After spitting it out, I found another rubbery object in a second cookie that was too tough to penetrate with a fingernail. This is not the kind of chewy texture I expected. I provided the date and lot code for your review: 08SEP 19MM30823:23B.
I believe you have procedures in place to ensure food safety for customers. Can you please investigate and let us know what this substance is? I worry it might not be an isolated incident.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and anticipate hearing from your lab soon.
Thank you for addressing this promptly.
Sincerely,

Hello, I'm Saba. My children adore Oreos and are eager to try other cookies from the brand. I am interested in learning more about the following products: 1. Ritz Bits, 2. Mini Chips Ahoy, 3. Nutter Butter Bites. I would like to know if these products contain any alcohol or if alcohol was used in the making of these cookies. Specifically, I am concerned about the presence of ethanol or ethyl alcohol as a solvent in the flavors used. Would you kindly confirm if any animal fats are used in the production of these mentioned products as well? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently purchased a variety box of Nabisco cookies from our local Sam's Club, which included Butter butter, Chips Ahoy, and Oreo packs, for my workplace weekly. Upon opening the first box, we noticed that some cookies were missing, even though we were certain the box had not been previously opened. After encountering the same issue with the second box, we are disappointed to find cookie packs missing again. This time it was two packs of Chips Ahoy cookies each time, and this is now the second occurrence. I am unsure of your quality control process, whether it involves machines or manual checking, but it's concerning to receive two boxes of cookies with missing packs. Despite this, my coworkers enjoy your products, and I would like to continue purchasing them if this issue can be resolved.

I understand your concern about high-fructose corn syrup in products and its potential effects, especially considering your health challenges. It's commendable that you have taken steps to remove it from your diet. Many people share your sentiments about wanting companies to prioritize healthier ingredients. It's unfortunate that you had to give up some of your favorite products like Ritz crackers and cookies due to this ingredient. Making informed choices about what we consume is important for our well-being.

A month ago, I purchased a package of King Oreos which I was disappointed with because when opening them, the cookies easily fell apart in my hands. Each one split with one side crumbling while the other broke into small pieces. I thought it might have happened in the store, but after buying two more packages for a party and experiencing the same issue, I suspect either the truck drivers delivering the products or the staff at my local Safeway in San Leandro, located at Bancroft and Dutton, are being careless. I've decided to refrain from buying cookies for a while in the hope that this problem gets resolved. It's frustrating to purchase treats that appear as if they've been mishandled. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I want to express my concerns regarding the similarity in your packaging for the chewy chocolate chip cookies and chewy Reeses cookies. As a parent of two children with nut allergies, it's alarming how closely they resemble each other, with the only noticeable difference being a small picture of Reeses on one. This could easily lead to dangerous mix-ups with severe consequences, as reported in the news. I have decided to stop purchasing your products due to this issue. I have even taken photos at the store showing the products side by side and have shared my concerns on social media, urging others to join me in boycotting your products until this packaging concern is addressed. I will persist in my efforts until this necessary change is made to prevent any potential harm. Thank you. - V.L.
