Reopend Unemployment Claim on April *,**** (claimant id *********). Due Covid** shut down from March **, **** till May *. *****. Claim was resolved on Jan. *, **** and closed. Money was deposited into my bank account.Went back to work on May * **** and worked till Dec. ** ****. Tried to make unemployment claim online for that period of time, was denied because I may have an existing claim. As stated above claim was resolved and closed. Therefore II should be able to make new claim online. Please resolve. Thank You Dennis O'Hare
