My mother has been filing for benefits since the end of March without any issues. **In early August, NJDOL asked my mother if she had access to another account for funds. She does not and she answered their questions as requested. She has been certifying for her weekly benefits since ******, but has not received any credits for these weeks. I have emailed NJDOL twice but get an automated response. In addition, the reemployment center number is not taking any calls for the last * weeks, so I cannot reach anybody to discuss this. **She is going on * weeks and has not received any mail or email with regards to a decision on her case. **I would greatly appreciate some guidance*assistance with this issue.
