I currently live in Florida, but I've worked in both FL and NJ. The NJ website will not allow me to file and I have not been able to reach anyone by phone since last week (****), when an agent (Joanne) called me back to inform me that she and her supervisor were going to contact the "Collateral Benefits" department to have them get my wage info from Florida* without which, we can complete my application. The last thing she said to me was that, "while (she) would probably not be called me the next day, she would be getting back to me, soon". That was a week ago. I've been out of work due to Covid** since *********. Can you please help me? Thank you. Richard
