I was collecting started on March ** ****, after few weeks got letter saying I exsusated my benifits. I was told by my company Compass group through Equifax that I was eligible to open a new claim on May **, ****. I tried to go online but it wouldn’t let me through saying I had a open claim. But I don’t think I do. I tried to call so long but it’s impossible to get through. I need to open new claim. Please help.
