Hello,**This is VERY frustrating, THIS IS MY **th TIME SENDING EMAILS AND NO ANSWERS FROM ANY OF YOU AT ALL. I have even sent emails to the Governor, to the automatic system, to the link that says contact us on the unemployment website and nothing has happened. I even received a confirmation number from one of the emails I have sent. the confirmation number I received was : UI-***-**********My Claimant ID * is ***********I have completed today more than TWO full months of doing my weekly claims on the unemployment website .**When I go to the unemployment website, the system takes me thru every single question from the eligibility questionnaire then it shows me the balance that I have available but no payments aren't getting issue to me. I have not received anything, I have been trying to get in touch with a live person at the ***.***.**** and it is impossible to get anybody there, I really don't understand whats going on with my unemployment claims.**IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN TWO WHOLE MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED NOT EVEN ONE DIME.**Please help, I am getting very desperate, It has been A VERY LONG TIME.**The claim is not payable at this time, why am i getting this answer every week ????, and then if I call to do the claim over the phone system tells me that i have to speak to a representative and it hangs up ., then I call the number again and nobody picks up , It has been days that I start calling at *:**am and finish at *:**pm and no body picks up.**Keep in mind that I have never been late with my taxes , I'm a good citizen always pay my dues, I really don't understand whats happening .***Please help me ,,**please tell me what to do , where to go ... please send me an email or give me a call, but please don't leave me without an answer.***I would like to thank you in advance for all your help***Regards,*John Guevara****.***.****
