Hello,**I would like a refund of $***, that my bank account was charged via Paypal.com. I am deeply aggravated by this situation and these charges. Your business model, in my experience, seems like a scam. Here is my situation and case:***) it was very easy to sign up for a free trial, however difficult to cancel the subscription, after trying on *********, i gave up and decided to write an email though "submit a request"***) i needed to "submit a request" because you do not have a customer service phone number, the only phone number i got is a machine telling me to go online***) In my request, i included that i wished to cancel the account and refund of the $** i was charged, I was denied the refund. However, since i did not go through the hustle of continue writing, since there is no convenient help for the customer to customer service at all, i decided to just let the charge***) it seems that even this online request system doesn't work, or is not customer friendly, because ***) On ********, I was charged again $***, which i was unable to dispute through Paypal or my bank. I tried these first, since i know how unhelpful trying to NFL Enterprise LLC was going to be.***) I tried calling other NFL numbers and they all stated that there is no way to contact your branch, unless through online (which I already know was pointless, based on the above).**In my mind the $** and then the $***, makes for a repeated offense, Therefore, i want a refund of the full $***, because i do not believe this is right, and it may seem to operate like a scam to obtain easy money from a great number of customers.
