I just checked my bank statement. It shows that Net ** doubled charged my credit card. On the very same date at the very same time for the very same phone service plan and phone number. Your company and or your computer stole ** dollars and ** cents. I need you to put this money back into my US Bank checking*credit card account immediately. Your company and or your computer stole my money I need for other bills. If your company and or computer does not return my money immediately I will go to the better business bureau and an attorney if I have to. I will also write my congressman and or state representative if I have to. I, also, will go to the news and other media sources. I only wanted to pay for * month's service. Therefore, I do not want the extra payment credited to my Net ** service for the following month or for any other month of service* or for any other service plan. I want and need it, the ** dollars and ** cents, returned to the checking * credit card account that your company and or computer took it from. * You can contact me through my wife's email account *****@***.com
