My phone is not working. I have the payment automatically deducted from my bank acct. every month for over a year Without any problems, until today. Why is my phone shut off. I am a ** yr. woman who lives alone, cannot walk without asst. I have COPD and it is going to be in **’s again today. I have no other phone to call nor a close neighbor to walk to with COPD IN THE ***heat and humidity plus * broken ribs. The money is in my bank acct, as it always is. My debit card is with my son who will not return home unti late this evening. What happens if I fall again? I have no use of my phone to call for help. WHY IS MY PHONE SHUT OFF?.?????
