I have purchase a men running shoes from myntra.. The size is not fit so i have place a return request.. The pick up agent came to my house for pick up and refused to pickup the return order and said the product is used.. However the tag is attached nd we have not used this product at all bill is also thare nd product is in good condition till he is not agree and said if I collect this one **rs deducted from his account something like that. My mother told him that this is unused but he refused again and said do one thing place a new return request again I am not going to pick this up.. Why this thing is happend.. This is not the right way to deal with valuable customer.. Can you please look into this matter.. If you want I can share the pictures as well for the product.. Order no-*******-*******-*******

Tag and everything is there. Product is in good condition

Please return this product as this is not of my use because shoes size is not appropriate

I have brought so many product from myntra but did not find any such issue in the past. I really do not understand why they are not taking this product back when tag and bill is there
