Check all folders in your email attached to your account for tracking orders. They usually have the tracking information there. If not, log into your account on the company’s website and look under your previous orders there.

I am yet to receive the order which i place a week ago.**Tracking Id: MYNP************I am continuosly reaching the Myntra support for the lst * days and i was confirmed that i will receive the order as promised on July **. Today when i reached the customer case i was told that it will take another * days to receive my order. It does not make any sense to me. Till now i did not get any message or email regarding the order status or what so ever. Is this how your support system operates? I am totally disappointed. The customer care representative is not taking a single step extra to check with the delivery partner EKART and i was asked to reach them by myself. I am confused here, did i purchase the product from Myntra or EKART?. This is my worst ever customer care experience.

By putting pressure on myntra by keep on calling customer care and also put direct message to myntra twitter page and ceo page. They replied taken immediate action.
