On sept * I ordered * e gift cards with points. Points deducted from account. Order number ********. I received a congratulations notice with the order number on it but could not activate the card. Husband also redeemed card for same restaurant (Outback Steakhouse). Over **** points for this card deducted from my account. Can’t seem to get info from anyone. Have contacted get human on this issue before. If I cannot get the gift card I would like the points put back in my account. Have been a member of my points since ****. My email address is *****@***.com. Thank you
