I recently received an email that claims to be from Mozilla Firefox, stating that my password for a website and streaming service, as well as my IP address, were involved in a security breach. The email mentions Pluto TV, with the breach date of December 5, [redacted], and compromised data including passwords and IP addresses. I have not taken any action to address the breach yet, as I am uncertain about the authenticity of the email from Mozilla. I am seeking confirmation and possibly to communicate with a legitimate representative from Mozilla via email.

I have been using Firefox to access my AOL email account for a while now. Recently, I've been encountering an issue where a message asking for mobile phone verification pops up during login, stating it's my first time signing in with that device. This problem only began a few days ago. I'm unsure if my account has been compromised or if there has been a change in Firefox causing AOL to prompt me as a first-time user. Despite setting up AOL as my email address in extensions, it seems to get cleared out after each login attempt.

I am having difficulty printing emails in Firefox due to the pop-up blocker. I have tried various methods suggested in support but can't seem to find the options listed in the Preferences. This has been frustrating as I have spent a considerable amount of time trying to resolve this issue. I enjoy using Firefox, apart from this particular problem. I would greatly appreciate clear instructions on how to disable the pop-up blocker that I can easily follow. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Subject: Concern Regarding Communication from Firefox I have previously requested not to receive newsletters or any other communication from Firefox, yet I am still receiving them. Specifically, I want to express my strong disinterest in receiving any political opinions from the company. I found a recent statement discussing President Trump's promotion of disinformation quite biased and inappropriate for our business relationship. I believe it is essential to keep our interactions professional and free from personal opinions or political views. Kindly refrain from sending such content in the future and focus on providing the necessary information related to our business collaboration. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I have recently changed from Google to Firefox but now I am considering switching again. I find the political statement at the bottom of the page criticizing the President for spreading disinformation offensive. It seems biased, and as a user, I feel alienated. How many others have complained about this issue? I hope the company understands that not everyone shares the same political views and that this kind of content can isolate users. Let's keep the platform neutral and inclusive for all.

I found the message banner about President Trump's "misinformation" on the search page offensive. It was a poor choice by the staff at Firefox. I will be uninstalling the browser and will share my experience with others. Hoping for a decline in business revenue for Firefox and the Big Tech 4.

For the past six days, when I try to access certain websites from my taskbar, including my bank's site, I receive the following warning message on Firefox: "Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead Firefox detected a potential security threat and did not continue to ssoauth.navyfederal.org. If you visit this site, attackers could try to steal information like your passwords, emails, or credit card details. What can you do about it? The issue is most likely with the website, and there is nothing you can do to resolve it. You can notify the website’s administrator about the problem." Despite attempts to restart the browser and even install a new Firefox application, the problem persists. After years of using Firefox, I am considering switching to a different browser due to the inconvenience this issue causes. Please contact me at [redacted] if you need to discuss this further. Thank you.

I currently have Firefox installed in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\" directory, but it appears to be the 64-bit version instead of the 32-bit version that I originally installed. It seems that the Firefox Auto-Updater updated the installed browser to the latest 64-bit version rather than the newest 32-bit version, maintaining it in the same directory. I believe that 64-bit applications should not be located in "C:\Program Files (x86)\" or its subfolders. I would like the issue to be resolved by installing the newest 32-bit version of Firefox in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\" and the newest 64-bit version in "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\". Additionally, I request the removal of the 64-bit version erroneously placed in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\".

My online income relies on accessing specific websites for surveys. These sites are legitimate but sometimes have outdated security certificates. Firefox consistently blocks these sites without the option to proceed. In contrast, Chrome warns me about the security risks but lets me continue at my discretion. I need guidance on adjusting my security settings to unblock these websites. Despite being a retired IT professional aware of the risks, I must switch to Chrome, which I find less preferable than Firefox. The stringent security measures of Firefox are disrupting my ability to earn through online surveys.

I am a big fan of Firefox, but I've been experiencing trouble logging onto certain websites, especially after recent updates on my Mac. Despite adding the sites to the allowed list, the problem persists. I even temporarily disabled my antivirus with no success. Sometimes resetting the router to get a new IP address helps, but not always. This issue is not specific to my Mac Book Pro as I face the same problem on my Windows computer with Firefox. When trying to access secure sites like government or banks, Firefox blocks the transfer and does not allow me to add the sites to the allowed list. This results in various errors like [redacted] or 'internal error' on these sites. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Hello GetHuman team, I am experiencing an issue with my 2-month-old PC running Windows 10 Pro. Following a recent Windows update, my operating system is no longer functional, even in safe mode. I managed to back up my personal data using the "Input Request" window to a USB stick. My main concern now is regarding my Firefox bookmarks. Is there a folder within the Windows system where the bookmarks are saved? I'd like to transfer them to the USB stick to prevent any loss. Additionally, I exported the bookmarks from my old Windows Vista PC to the new Windows 10 Pro machine two months ago via an HTML file. Are these bookmarks still accessible on the Windows Vista PC for potential restoration? I'm hoping to recover these bookmarks either from the old Vista machine or the new Windows 10 PC after reinstalling the operating system. Is there a way to retrieve the Firefox bookmarks on either of these computers? Thank you for your assistance in addressing this issue. Sincerely, Martin B.

I am experiencing an issue with Mozilla Firefox. As someone with a visual impairment, I rely on customizations on my Windows PC to enhance visibility. Recently, I noticed that the menu bar and dropdown selection in Firefox have become grayscale or lighter in color, deviating from my system settings. Despite checking the Themes setting in Firefox, the issue persists, and changing my computer's theme did not resolve it. I am unsure of what caused this sudden change and seek assistance to rectify it. Your understanding and help with this matter are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to my concern.

I've been attempting to change my browser's opening page layout without success. I prefer having separate pages instead of tabs and don't like the search bar placement. Is there a way to revert these changes back to the way it was? I find it frustrating when updates alter functions that were fine before. I'm considering switching to Google because I prefer their layout, although I'd rather stick with this browser. It's irksome that I'm expected to resolve this issue on my own and then explain it to others. Can this be fixed to how it was originally? Best, Carter

I am frustrated with the new upgrade. I regret clicking install as it has negatively impacted my computer. Despite my attempts to remove it, I still dislike what remains. The upgrade prompt keeps appearing even after I dismiss it. I am unhappy with the color in the square boxes and the placement of the search bar at the top. As a person with a disability, looking up to the top line is difficult for me. I do not want a Mozilla email account and prefer using DuckDuckGo for my searches. I am disappointed with Mozilla Firefox and considering going back to the old version or removing it entirely. I value my privacy and do not want intrusive companies like Google or possibly Mozilla involved in my online activities. The constant tracking of information by these corporations makes me nostalgic for simpler communication methods like cans and strings.

Dear Sirs, I am contacting you regarding the reinstallation of my Mozilla VPN, which was initially installed on 5/29/[redacted] under Invoice Number: 654EBFED-[redacted]. Two days ago, I performed a reset on Windows 10 due to some issues with an update, which resulted in the deletion of my browser (Firefox), settings, Mozilla VPN, and other personal files and folders. I prefer not to change my password or create a new account for Firefox to avoid losing bookmarks, Pocket, saved passwords, and more. Last night, I attempted to address this problem, but I encountered an issue with a verification code that I did not receive via the internet. I am concerned about accessing the internet without resolving this issue to safeguard my personal data. Thank you in advance for your assistance. If you require additional information for security purposes, please let me know. Sincerely, Rodolfo Cano

I have a straightforward issue regarding the Mozilla Firefox addon Multi-Account Containers and how addon settings are shared between devices. I own multiple devices with varying capabilities, such as a laptop, desktop, and low-energy tablet. Each device cannot support all the addons I use. When I disable the addon sync in the settings, even the shared addons' settings are not synced across devices. I believe that the transmission of addon information should be decoupled from the general settings sync. It would be more convenient if only the container configurations could sync across devices without necessitating all addons to be synced in the same manner on each device.

Hi there, Approximately 2 months ago, I noticed a change in the online grocery ordering process at walmart.com. When I reach the final step to input my EBT card code, a Fiserv window pops up asking for the security code. However, after entering the code and hitting enter, Firefox redirects me, displaying an error message that reads: "Firefox Can’t Open This Page [...]." As a result, I must contact Walmart to complete the transaction for me. They informed me that the issue may be related to my use of Firefox and suggested switching to Google Chrome. Unfortunately, I prefer not to switch browsers as I have been using Firefox for 15 years. Can someone assist me with this matter? Thank you, R. S.

I've been using Mozilla Firefox as my main browser for a decade now. I stored all my PASSWORDS on it until my computer froze and I fell victim to a hack. Seeking help, I contacted Dell tech support since I own a Dell computer. Unfortunately, during their assistance, they mistakenly uninstalled Mozilla, resulting in the loss of ALL MY PASSWORDS. Although they successfully reinstalled it, none of my passwords were recovered. I'm desperate to know how I can reinstall the browser I am used to and retrieve all my lost passwords. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
