I am having trouble accessing my account despite entering the correct password. Verification was requested, and supposedly a code was sent to a different email for confirmation, but I did not receive it. Consequently, I am now locked out of my account, even though I have the correct password. This account is essential for my affiliate marketing activities, which are causing significant financial losses each day I am unable to access it. I am currently attempting to launch a product and urgently need to regain access to my account. Please assist me in unlocking my account promptly.

Hello everyone,
A few months back, I encountered a refresh button on Firefox that led to the disappearance of all my bookmarks and tags. After some time, I discovered that the data was saved in Apple memory but encrypted, making it inaccessible and untransferable to Safari's bookmarks and tags. If this data is still available in my account, I kindly request your assistance in recovering it. If it's not there, I can provide you with the list that I saved on an email address of your choice. This list contains important work-related information, and I would be grateful for any help in retrieving it.
Thank you,
Fabio

I have a Mac desktop, laptop, and iPad. When I click on Yahoo (and it's not only Yahoo), the page doesn't show pictures with the articles. The same issue occurs with some emails, cutting off content when I try to print. Another major problem is encountering "secure connection failed" messages when clicking on links. This occurs on Firefox but not on Safari. I'm hesitant to update Firefox in fear of worsening these issues. I've been a long-time user of Firefox but may need to switch browsers if this problem persists. Thank you, Ron Glazer.

Upon recently downloading Firefox on my iPad and creating an account, I encountered some difficulty adding extensions through the app. Despite already having Firefox installed, I receive prompts to download Firefox when trying to access extensions. Even after signing in to my Firefox account and restarting the tablet, the issue persists. Each time I attempt to add an extension, I am directed to the App Store to "open app," reinforcing that I need to download Firefox. I need guidance on how to rectify this situation so my tablet recognizes that I am indeed using Firefox and not prompt me to download it repeatedly.

I've attempted multiple times to have Firefox save my passwords without success. Despite following all the tutorials and ensuring every recommended setting is selected, none of my login information is being stored. This issue only arose after updating to Firefox 99.0.1; all my previously saved passwords disappeared post-upgrade. Working on a MacBook Pro 10.14.6, within the Privacy and Security tab, I can confirm all checkboxes in Logins and Passwords are marked. However, when accessing Saved Logins, no information is retained. In the sync settings, Logins and passwords are specified below. Despite my efforts, I'm unable to locate a solution for this frustrating problem.

I have solar panels and use the company SolarEdge to monitor my solar electric production and receive payments for Solar Renewable Energy Credits (SREC). However, I'm facing difficulties accessing the monitoring page on Firefox, although it works on Chrome and Microsoft Edge after allowing six cookies on Chrome. SolarEdge is also requesting $[redacted] to upgrade from 3G to 5G for future reports, which I find frustrating. It seems unfair to have to pay for equipment upgrades, especially when the system was expected to work until [redacted]. I believe it's important for SolarEdge to update their equipment and make their services compatible with all browsers, including Firefox. Thank you, Robert G. Joyce

Please note, I am not very tech-savvy. Two days ago, Firefox underwent an update. Since then, I have been experiencing constant issues with accessing websites and clicking on links. It is frustrating to see repeated 'Firefox not responding' messages or the little blue loading circle. The connection to websites now takes a long time, whereas before the update, it was under 6 seconds. Sometimes the connection even times out. Dealing with the 'not responding' message is incredibly irritating. Firefox is my only browser, and I am hesitant to switch to another just to try to uninstall and reinstall Firefox. In my over 8 years of using Firefox, I have never encountered such problems. Since I am not very skilled with technology, I stick to safe websites during my limited time on the computer.

I have been using Firefox as my browser for over seven years. Recently, I have been encountering an issue where I receive an error message when trying to access my primary email ([redacted] - an EarthLink account) and other sites like Whitepages. The error message states that Firefox does not trust www.whitepages.com due to an unknown certificate issuer, a self-signed certificate, or incorrect intermediate certificates. The specific error code provided is SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER. Interestingly, I can access these sites using other browsers, including on my iPad. As contacting support via phone is not currently an option, I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you, Nat Winthrop from Montpelier, VT.

For several months, I have experienced issues with FireFox when accessing my Yahoo email accounts. I often need to log off and back on to access my email. Additionally, once in my Yahoo email, I frequently encounter difficulties logging out, which requires me to restart FireFox to close the email. The frequent updates from FireFox may be attempts to address these issues, but it seems like there is still a problem. When I switch to Chrome, I can access my Yahoo accounts without any problems, indicating that the issue may lie with FireFox. I hope the FireFox team can resolve these issues soon.

I am experiencing issues with my browser when trying to access my Bank of America online account.
After consulting with Bank of America technical support, we have identified that the problem lies with my Firefox browser. When I log in to my bank account and attempt to make a payment online by clicking the button, my screen turns white.
Despite updating Firefox and clearing the cache, the issue persists. Interestingly, using Google Chrome allows me to make payments without any difficulties.
Although Capital One's website works fine on Firefox, Bank of America's does not. I've been using Bank of America's online banking for years without any problems until now.
I would appreciate urgent assistance from your tech team to resolve this Firefox compatibility issue as I prefer using Firefox over switching to Google Chrome.

A Microsoft technician recently assisted with correcting a blue screen issue on my computer by addressing some corrupted files. However, following this intervention, I have encountered difficulties with Firefox not launching despite attempting to uninstall and reinstall the program. Additionally, efforts to resolve the problem by creating a new profile were unsuccessful as the window for changing or adding a new profile failed to open. On the other hand, Firefox did successfully open in safe mode. I am seeking guidance on identifying the root cause of this setback as previous attempts with a different Microsoft technician did not lead to a resolution. Your support in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I mistakenly signed up for what I thought was a free ad-blocking service with Mozilla Firefox, only to find two unauthorized charges of $20 each on my credit card statement. I am frustrated as the only contact numbers provided are international, potentially resulting in additional charges. The first charge on my American Express from 05/12/23 is listed as "PADDLE.NET ADBLOCKING" in London GB with the number +[redacted][redacted]. The second charge is from "PADDLE NET EYEOGMBH" with the number +[redacted]. I need help resolving this issue without incurring more expenses.

AOL has updated their email format, which now requires manually typing in recipients' email addresses in the BCC column instead of clicking on them. To enable the "email click-on feature," a tech support representative suggested updating the Firefox browser. Please confirm if I have the latest browser version for Windows 7, especially since support will end after mid-[redacted], and if this is compatible with AOL's new format for sending emails. As someone less familiar with technology, I appreciate any guidance on how to proceed.
Additionally, I have previously supported Firefox through PayPal but noticed this option is no longer available. Due to past fraud experiences, I'm hesitant to use my credit card. Could you please provide information on alternative donation methods or assure me of the security in using my card for donations? Thank you.

For the past few days, I have noticed that my Firefox browser loses connection to my email account every time I shut down. I have to reconnect it each time I start Firefox anew. I suspect that the last automatic update may have caused the email address storage setting to be lost. How can I restore it?
I also use a laptop occasionally, also with the Firefox browser. Initially, the email address storage worked on the laptop while it was already faulty on the PC. Then, after a probable update, the storage stopped working on the laptop as well. Any advice on correcting these settings would be appreciated. Sincerely, Gerhard S.

I've enjoyed using Firefox, but I'm struggling to access anything due to background programs causing constant loading issues. Despite searching for a solution, I haven't found one yet. This seems like a frustrating aspect of corporate and government control. I've grown tired of battling this problem daily for up to an hour and am considering switching to a different browser like others have done. It's frustrating that I can't reach anyone at Firefox for help. Please email me a solution soon, or I'll be switching to BRAVE.

I have a Samsung Android phone with a pull-down menu showing text senders, news updates, and weather. Lately, I've been receiving notifications from tqnq.titan. It prompts me to check my device and warns about hacking, spam, or phone locking. Although it mentions Firefox, tapping it does nothing. Despite running my antivirus software, which shows my phone is clean, these unusual notifications persist. Any insights on this spam or virus? Appreciate any help. Attaching screenshots.

I have discovered a feature in the Firefox browser that allows users to select foreign accents for certain characters. For instance, by clicking on a character, a menu appears offering various accented vowels. However, I have noticed that the choices for accented vowels for the letter 'a' do not include characters like Ą and ą, which are essential in the Polish language. I kindly request that your developers consider adding these characters as options. I would appreciate it if this comment could be recorded in the bug reporting database for Firefox. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - E. Trerton

I've experienced severe screen shaking while playing Golden Hearts games and then on Montana Lottery. I attempted to address the issue by reinstalling Firefox, which took three attempts to succeed, but the shaking persisted. This problem is recent, as I have been using Firefox for these games for weeks without issue. To troubleshoot, I tested other browsers like Google Chrome, which worked fine. I prefer using Firefox, so this situation is quite frustrating for me.
