Trying to cancel movie Pass but no one answers phones(large call volume), no one responds to online app.. Billed my credit card again and did cancel numerous times on my app but not receipt or verification that it was cancelled. My next step is cancelling credit card(which affects my credit score) then notifying BBB( Better Business ) and then N.Y.S. Attorney General's Office after seeing over **** complaints for same issue. Then will proceed with legal action. Please resolve this issue ASAP as I always paid my membership*in a timely matter. It is impossible to get to see any movie due to new restrictions you placed on membership. Hopefully this is resolved in timely manner and last charge is removed from credit card.*Thank You*Ryan Mcmonagle***** Lafayette Ave*Bronx NY *****
