I was given a *-month MoviePass subscription as a Christmas gift. I activated and have enjoyed it! I thought I’d receive something from them via email but I just got back from visiting my sister in France and went to search movies and couldn’t. There was a notice on my app that said it was not activated but to click there to reactivate...so I did. Went through the whole process, gave my credit card number, etc and hit “reactivate”... I keep getting a message that says that can’t activate because I’ve had several subscriptions on the last nine months that I’ve canceled. This is not true! How can I reactivate my card? They seem to not be open whenever I’ve tried to call them, I try to use their “Help” but nothing applies...I’d like to renew - can you help me? Do I ha e to get a new card? I hope not as I’d like to see a couple movies and do t want to wait for new card to arrive!
