Help with my MoviePass issue
GetHuman-jmmurphy's next move: talk to MoviePass when they open.
MoviePass's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-jmmurphy a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-jmmurphy's own words
This is the email that I submitted to MoviePass to which they have not responded: Friday evening, July *, ****, I attempted to use my Moviepass App to see "Deadpool *" at the Regal ** theatre in Atlanta, GA on access road I-** and your system was not operating. When I asked about this at the ticket office the attendant explained that Moviepass had not been working for anyone all day. The Movepass system was completely down in our area. I ended up purchasing the movie ticket without Moviepass since the app was not working at all. What do I need to do to be reimbursed for the ticket? I took a photo of the ticket stub, the charge to me was $*.**, see attachment. Please notify me of how to resolve this issue. **Respectfully, John Murphy *****@***.com ***-***-****"
