I have had movie pass, lost my wallet and had to get new credit cards and new moviepass...

I have had movie pass, lost my wallet and had to get new credit cards and new moviepass card. Did this a few months ago. june **th I had to reset my phone back to factory settings which wiped everything out. I set up the moviepass and couldn't get the login to work. I requested a new password. Everything worked fine until I went to the theater today and it wouldnt work. I now realize that my movie pass account is using my old moviepass card which I lost when I lost my wallet and my current (replaced) credit card. I need my account to be using movie pass ****************. My e-mail address is *****@***.com. The moviepass card ending in **** is the one that I lost months ago. My current credit card ends in ****. My name is michael connelly. My other account is *****@***.com it might be *****@***.com. Thank you for your help.
