I went to use my movie pass card and the theater said it wouldn't work. I took the picture of the movie stub from the last movie I went to so that wasn't it and when I called to find out what was wrong, it said the wait to too long and it hung up. I have bought * tickets now in the past * to * weeks I am going to cancel my subscription if this isn't fixed. I called customer service and after waiting ** minutes a void message came on and said we are experiencing a high volume of calls and disconnected me. That is the *rd time I have called at different times of the day and on different days and each time I am disconnected because of high volume of calls. This is getting ridiculous, my card doesn't work and I can't talk to anyone at movie pass to find out how to fix it.
