I USED MY MOVIE PASS SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS NEVER ASKED TO TAKE A PICTURE OF TICKET. EVERYTHING SEEMED TO WORK FINE. THEN THE NEXT TIME I WENT TO USE IT A MESSAGE POPPED UP TELLING ME TO TAKE A PICTURE. I HAD NOT BOUGHT MY TICKET YET SO I DIDN'T HAVE A TICKET TO TAKE A PICTURE OF. I JUST SNAPPED A PICTURE OF NOTHING TO GET PAST THE SCREEN TELLING ME TO TAKE A PICTURE, THEN BOUGHT A MOVIE TICKET WITH MY PASS. I HAD NEVER BEEN ASKED BEFORE AND DIDN'T KNOW WHY IT WAS SUDDENLY ASKING. I WENT TO USE IT A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER AND THE TAKE A PICTURE MESSAGE POPPED UP AGAIN, SO I TOOK A PICTURE OF NOTHING AGAIN, BECAUSE I HAD NOT BOUGHT MY TICKET YET. THEN I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THAT MY ACCOUNT WAS CANCELLED. MY HUSBAND AND FRIEND BOTH GOT CARDS AFTER ME AND THEY HAVE USED THEIR CARDS SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE NOT BEEN ASKED TO TAKE A PICTURE. THEY ARE WORRIED THAT THEIR ACCOUNT WILL BE CANCELLED TOO. I HAVE EMAILED THE SUPPORT TEAM NUMEROUS TIMES AND ALWAYS GET AN AUTOMATED ANSWER TELLING ME THEY WILL CANCEL MY PASS IF I REALLY WANT TOO, BUT THEY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY. WHEN I REPLY THAT I DIDN'T WANT TO CANCEL, BUT THAT THEY CANCELLED IT AND I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY ACCOUNT BACK, I GET ANOTHER AUTOMATED REPLY SAYING THAT "THIS TICKET HAS BEEN CLOSED" . I'VE CALLED MANY TIMES AND JUST GET RECORDINGS. I JUST WANT MY ACCOUNT REESTABLISHED AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND AND FRIEND ON HOW TO TAKE THE PICTURES RIGHT AFTER YOU PURCHASE THE MOVIE TICKETS.
I CALL DURING NORMAL HOURS, AND GET A RECORDING SAYING HIGH CALL VOLUME AND THE PHONE DISCONNECTS. I'M CALLING AT **:** EST AND GET A RECORDING SAYING TO CALL DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.
