On June **st my fianc* and I went to movies. MP app would NOT let me "check in" It prompt me to show ticket verification. My fianc* had no problem with her card. Both MP cards are under my name. I pay for both. She checked in and used her card n*p. I on the other hand, and this was not the first time this has happened, had to PAY for my ticket as my MP card was once again declined. I had this issue before and was told the problem was solved. I am so frustrated! I*we have both tired contacting MP thru the app and there is no reply whatsoever. My MP card *is **** **** **** ****.*My phone number is ***.***.****.*I need my credit card credited for the money I had to pay to see the movie. I have a copy of the ticket stub to show you.*PLEASE...this is becoming a nightmare! Just credit my card on file please!*PS my fianc*s card ends in *****. Shawn Abbott.
