Ok. I am trying to remain calm. we have purchased * movie passes. yesterday we used * of them and checked in as usual but when we tried using our card it was declined. I tried calling and chat online with now assistance at all. I ended up paying **.** for tix. I am tire of cont issues with Movie pass. I just dont understand. It seems that the few times we have tried using the cards something goes wrong and I end up paying for the movie or missing part of it trying to resolve the matter. Please let me know what can be done. HELP. also I have been on hold twice today... first time ** min and not ** min. i am strongly considering cancelling all.
