I signed up for MoviePass ** day subscription for $*.**. I didn’t get email verification which I thought was odd, but my payment went through and I received my MoviePass mastercard ending in ****. I downloaded the MoviePass app and went to sign in. No password...Forgot password...link to reset password sent to your email. *No email ever arrives. I have done this daily since I received my card. I explained my problem MoviePass support, they sent me a nice long explanation on how to reset my password like I have been doing since *******. Wade is My MoviePass Concierge he graciously sent me the password reset email. I responded that I needed a temporary password for my email address so I could log into the MoviePass app. Because for some reason my email was not associated to my account when I paid for my subscription. *That was on *******. I’m sure they are busy. It’s such a great opportunity and if their site had a breakdown in completing the subscription registration, they must be overwhelmed. But you have to think they understand the situation and have an easy fix in the works. *I would like my email (entered below) to be my user credentials and a temporary password to sign into the MoviePass app, so that I can activate my card and enjoy my subscription.
