I know and understand the enormous problems we are all facing at the moment, but I would be grateful if you could give some explanation as to why me, my son, and my daughter find it absolutely impossible to get a delivery slot, whatever time we try and however long we stay online, when two other families in our village (who have no age*health issues) can regularly get slots as soon as they log on .*I am in my **'s and have shopped at the Coalville store virtually every single week since it opened years ago. Likewise my son and daughter for at least ** years.*My son is classed as vulnerable as he is a transplant patient and has a letter from the government - but that appears to have no advantage on your online service.*Any advice would be most welcome
