I visited the Morrisons branch in Perth around 7pm today and purchased a 2 pack of cheese and onion pies from the bakery. After heating one at home and taking a few bites, I realized it was a chicken pie instead. Being a vegetarian for 25 years and currently pregnant, this mistake led me to feel extremely unwell. I possess photos of the mislabeled pies, their packaging, and my receipt. When I contacted the Perth branch, I was directed to call a number which was unavailable as the office was closed. The staff member mentioned that I should try again in the morning as there was no one higher up to assist me at that time. This error has left me deeply upset and worried, considering my health condition. Apart from the health implications, this situation also conflicts with my ethical choices as a vegetarian. I am requesting an internal investigation into this incident, a formal apology, and appropriate measures to address this oversight by Morrisons. Laura H.

Hello David,
I recently visited your Redditch store, and upon my return home, I found some discrepancies in my receipt. Firstly, I noticed that the baby clothes in the reduced oddments section had no prices listed. Despite asking for assistance, the issue was not properly resolved, and I was left confused about the pricing. Additionally, I was charged incorrectly for face cream and individual cans of beer/lager, resulting in an overcharge of £25.24. The pricing errors are concerning, especially considering the significant difference in the charges. While the staff member who assisted me was polite, there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail during the transaction. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter for me, as I reside quite a distance from the store and returning immediately would be inconvenient. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
Best, Jackie

I want to raise a concern about the ongoing refurbishment of the Morrisons store in Plymstock, Plymouth. The noise, disturbance, and dust from the construction work have been extremely disruptive for weeks. The constant banging, shouting, and vehicle noises throughout the day and night have been particularly challenging. As a disabled individual, it is difficult for me to fall back asleep after being disturbed due to my injuries. Moreover, my 2-year-old grandson, who stays with us on weekends, has been frightened by the loud noises. Despite being a regular shopper at this Morrisons location, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and drained. I have tried to address this with the store staff, but their responses have been unsatisfactory. In light of these circumstances, my family and I may consider shopping elsewhere moving forward.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the ongoing refurbishment of the Morrisons store in Plymstock, Plymouth. The noise from the construction has been unbearable, with continuous banging, shouting, and vehicle noises. This has been disruptive not only during the day but also in the early hours of the morning. As someone with disabilities, it is challenging for me to fall back asleep once woken up. Additionally, the disturbance affects my 2-year-old grandson, who now fears coming over due to the loud noises. Despite being loyal customers who frequent the store daily, the lack of consideration for the noise disturbance during the renovation process has deeply upset me. Conversations with store employees have not been fruitful, as their responses have been dismissive. This experience has been draining, and my family is considering shopping elsewhere moving forward.

I recently purchased an Indian ready meal for two at Morrisons in Chester, but the cooking instructions are unclear. The microwave instructions state that each container must be heated separately, but then go on to say to heat both the chicken madras and chicken tikka masala on full power for 4 minutes 30 seconds. I am unsure whether to heat them separately or together, and whether the 4 minutes 30 seconds is the cooking time for each container or for both. Due to this confusion, I have chosen to refrigerate the meal until I receive clarification from the company to avoid any risk of foodborne illness. I appreciate a prompt response with clear instructions. Thank you, Cath.

I purchased a one-liter bottle of Mazola rapeseed oil labeled as [redacted]% pure to reduce saturated fats while cooking. Despite this, there is no country of origin specified on the container. Research ended up revealing that the oil is not as pure as advertised due to additional materials not suitable for human consumption from the processing process.
Concerns have now arisen about the safety of other items on the shelves that may also contain harmful ingredients. Although I am pleased that Morrisons is expanding its organic vegetable selection and now offers own-brand organic pulses, the presence of undisclosed ingredients in certain products is alarming. For example, how pure is the pure juice? It's becoming a challenge to trust Morrisons entirely.

I would like to address my concerns regarding the service provided by Morrison's for the Christmas Food order. This was my first time using their food ordering service, and based on this experience, I won't be using it again. I needed to order specific items as I was unable to shop before Christmas Eve due to being out of the country, and I wanted to ensure we had items for a Boxing Day meal.
Unfortunately, out of the three items I ordered, only the prawns were correct. The Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter were substituted with Lobster Thermidor, and the Chocolate & Salted Caramel Bowl was replaced with mini cheesecakes. This impacted the dietary requirements and preferences of my guests, such as one guest who does not eat cheese and others who do not like cheesecake.
The substitutions significantly affected our Boxing Day meal, and I am disappointed by Morrison's service. Ordering in advance loses its purpose if the items received are incorrect. In the future, I will explore using another supermarket's service for Christmas.

Yesterday, I experienced an accident in a Morrisons Store when I slipped on a piece of banana on the floor. I fell on my hip, causing severe bruising, and also on my back. Unfortunately, the banana left a mark on a large area of my coat, despite my efforts to clean it. When my husband found a staff member, they provided some paper for cleaning and cleared the remaining mess. I assumed the staff member would report the incident to customer services, but later I was advised to report it myself. I spoke to another staff member who informed me to report the incident directly. The manager was only informed briefly about the accident without taking my contact details. It would be beneficial for the store to improve customer care by offering a small gesture like a cup of coffee or a follow-up call the next day. I am still trying to remove the stain from my coat; if unsuccessful, how can I request compensation?

Unfortunately, I witnessed a female Morrisons delivery driver driving on the wrong side of the road, with two wheels on the pavement where schoolchildren walk, and two wheels on the road near Sutton Road in Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. I had to stop suddenly to avoid an accident with my young child in the car. The driver then angrily gestured at me, which was uncalled for. I hope she has a dash cam so this incident can be properly investigated before a serious accident occurs. Reckless driving like this is unacceptable, especially when children are present. I hope to receive a response regarding this matter. Thank you. - Mrs. M.

Today, I stopped by the Goose Lane Store in Newcastle Staffs. Despite needing just one item, I found the 10 items or less tills closed as usual, and the nearest staffed tills were distant and closed. The suggestion to use self-checkout was made, but I prefer staffed registers. The limited open tills and lack of managers make this a recurring issue, pushing me to consider shopping elsewhere if the situation isn't addressed promptly. RBW Hawkes BA (Hons)

I visited the Boundary Road St. Helens store on Friday, May 31st to pick up items due to my disability. Unfortunately, there were no bags for the fruit, and the staff seemed unhappy and unhelpful. I had to navigate the store to find what I needed, which was difficult. I've shopped at this store for years, but the service has declined significantly. The staff's attitude, lack of assistance, and stock availability have led me to consider shopping elsewhere. The overall service is subpar, and improvements are necessary to support customers like myself. My loyalty can be verified through my more card transactions. Thank you.

Hello, I received a shop delivery this morning. I just received an email regarding my prepaid account card indicating some issues:
"We're aware of an issue causing some accounts to decline purchases and withdrawals at cash machines. Our engineers are working to resolve this ASAP. We apologize for any inconvenience."
They mentioned it should be fixed by 7 am on Wednesday. I wanted to inform you so there's no confusion about my payment for shopping. I shop monthly, sometimes twice a month. If the issue persists, they assured me it will be resolved by Wednesday morning. I've contacted them through Facebook and email. eBay payments have also failed. I'm hoping for a resolution by Wednesday, as they promised. Thank you.
Thank you, L. Fawcett

Hello,
I have been wanting to reach out for a while now, but hesitated hoping for improvements. I've observed for several months that the sell-by/use-by dates on your fresh produce at the Parkgate store are consistently poor, often expiring the next day. I am a frequent shopper at your store and I am frustrated by the frequent waste of money on almost spoiling produce. Each visit, which occurs two to three times a week, disappoints me. I strongly believe it's time for action to be taken, as I'm certain I'm not the only one who has noticed this issue. Regrettably, I am contemplating taking my business elsewhere, even though I have been a loyal customer of Morrison's for many years.
Best regards,
Lorraine

I visited your cafe at Morrisons in New Brighton on Saturday, 7/8/[redacted], and I was truly shocked by the food and service we received. My partner ordered a cheese and bacon burger, but it came out with no cheese or bacon, just two small burnt patties; it was inedible. I ordered fish and chips with peas and tartar sauce. The fish was okay, but the chips and peas were cold, and there was no sauce. The drinks we ordered were never even brought to us. We left feeling disgusted and disappointed. I didn't speak to any of your staff because they were nowhere to be found. Additionally, the state of the toilet was appalling - urine on the seat, toilet paper everywhere, water on the floor. I've never seen such a dirty cafe in a supermarket before. I hope to hear from you soon regarding this matter. My name is Henry M. Thank you.

The residences above the Morrisons store on Westcliffe Drive in Blackpool, FY3 7BH are currently facing an issue with overflowing bins attracting vermin and causing rubbish to spread around, with delivery cages left piled up. The manager's reluctance to address the problem has led to frustration among residents. If the situation is not rectified promptly, the individual plans to take the matter to the local press and council. They emphasize the importance of resolving the issue promptly. Additionally, they have photographic evidence that can be provided upon request. Seeking a swift response via email is necessary, and anonymity is preferred due to concerns about potential repercussions from the manager.

Subject: Voucher Code Issue
Good Afternoon,
I used the TopCashback offer of £15 off a £80 online shop for first-time delivery. Despite entering voucher code VOU[redacted], I received a message that it was only valid for specific deliveries with no further guidance provided. The same code was valid on Voucher Cloud until 07/11/19. After an unsuccessful call to customer services, where I was informed third-party vouchers are not accepted, I had to cancel my order. This experience was disappointing, and I seek a resolution. I have evidence of the offer and hope Morrisons can honor it. A satisfactory response and some functional vouchers for online use would be appreciated to resolve this matter.
Thank you for your attention.

During my shopping trip to Bolton Atlas Mills on November 18, [redacted], I encountered an issue with the "Christmas bonus Week 1-4 coupons" due to the printing machine being out of paper. I was directed to customer service for assistance. Despite the service supposed to start at 10 am, I had to wait until 10:30 am for it to open, with no one present initially.
When customer service finally became available after an hour, I was instructed to resolve the issue over the phone, which left me frustrated as I expected assistance from the in-person staff. After another 10 minutes, I was informed that the coupons could not be reprinted, and they would make a note on my account.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with the service and treatment I received. Waiting for over an hour only to be redirected and not have my issue resolved was truly disappointing.

I visited Morrisons at Festival Park in Stoke-on-Trent around 7:30 pm. I observed an employee, possibly named Hayley, handling items set to expire on the 27th of November. She was moving a cart with pre-packaged chicken and meats that needed refrigeration to prevent spoiling, especially with concerns about salmonella from improperly stored chicken. Despite being near the checkout, the items were not kept cool and seemed to pose a risk of salmonella after forty minutes. Even after I finished my shopping and left, the unchilled chicken remained in the cart. I discussed this issue with a fellow care industry worker whom I ran into after leaving the store. I remembered a similar situation at Iceland from last year that persisted even after hours. This negligence could lead to serious health risks, and I believe it should be reported to health standards authorities to prevent any potential fatalities due to poor practices by inadequately trained staff.

During my visit to the local store in Newport, Isle of Wight, I was alarmed to notice what appeared to be mold inside the ice slushy machine. After discreetly discussing this with the cafe manager, she attempted to address the issue by examining the machine and turning off a part of it. Despite this, when I left the cafe, the machine remained switched off. Upon returning home, I reached out to Morrison's via email to express my concerns about the potential public health risk. Although I received a brief response, it seemed generic. Despite hoping for a thorough cleaning of the machine as indicated, upon a recent visit, I observed that the problem persisted. I even took a covert photo of the machine in question for reference.

I dined with my family at your Isle of Sheppey location on January 2nd. The restaurant was short-staffed, with three employees working really hard. In my opinion, it's not acceptable for one person to handle multiple tasks like serving at the till, fetching produce, providing table service, and clearing tables simultaneously. This resulted in a 45-minute wait for cold food. Although I could have returned it, I didn't want to further burden your staff.
As a leading supermarket, I expect better service. My total bill was £25.00, and I can provide the receipt upon request. It's not about the money but the expectations placed on Morrison's employees.
Best regards, Julian C.
