I’ve been locked out of my account for over a month now and would like to get back in so I can make an order. I was initially locked out because my yearly $** payment didn’t go thru. It took me two weeks of calling and emailing to finally pay the $** and yet I’m still locked out of my account. If it weren’t for the one VIP I have remaining, I’d quit Monat altogether. I’m really tired of this constant need to call customer service. I really need this issue cleared up today so I can make the order for the VIP but I must be at work at **.
