Help with my Mojang issue

So basically I had pre-ordered Minecraft Dungeons on the minecraft website using the account Hoopla****. I've played the game for a few days now and it is a very well made game and also sort of satisfying when clearing the dungeons. The only issue i have with the game is that I cannot play in online mode. Whenever I try, a message pops up saying "PRIVILEGE ERROR Cannot play due to being Online Play restricted" I'd love to receive some help on this and hopefully i can play online afterwards.

GetHuman-adleyho did not yet indicate what Mojang should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-adleyho fixed the problem
I contacted microsoft support and they helped me out to fix this. To anyone who has this issue, you need to give multiplayer privileges to the account that is connected to ur minecraft dungeons game. To do this u need to be in a parental account in ur family and allow multiplayer on the account on the microsoft website
