I was trying to get a refund due to the world's not syncing with my xbox. ... I have three versions of Minecraft: *Minecraft PE Version *Minecraft For Windows ** (Master Edition)*Minecraft for Xbox One **I was under the impression after purchasing the xbox version that I could sync up worlds with the Windows ** version, therefore I bought the Windows ** version seeing as they both look so identical. However, after purchasing them, I soon realised this was not the case. I made a refund request and they instantly denied it as per their t&c's, but if they looked at my account, I already have multiple versions and only purchased the windows ** version to have multiple consoles to play on the single world. I'd love to have a refund on the windows ** version seeing as I have only opened it up, made a small street before closing it after realising I could not sync. This was NOT a cheap purchase (master edition), but I have not took advantage of the minecoins.
