Hello, **I am emailing in regards to a minecraft product that I purchased. I purchased the minecraft flying ghast through Best Buy in October of last year* I tried to return it about a month after the purchase date, but the sales associate said it was past their return policy, so they told me to email you in regards to the replacement*reimbursement of the product. **I purchased the product as a birthday gift, upon opening it, batteries were put in to be able to fly the minecraft ghast, but instead of flying up it would just tip over and drag. I believe this is a faulty product and would like to be reimbursed or have the product replaced with something else of equal value from purchase price. **Thank you for your help,*Karen
