The item was shipped on December 5th, [redacted] for delivery to the USA. I received an email requesting me to wait until January 12th, [redacted] to confirm non-receipt. However, I have not received it. Please resend my order with tracking via express service at no extra charge to me. I have my eye on several items for purchase, but the reliability and promptness promised by your company have not been demonstrated.

Order Number: [redacted][redacted] I recently received my order of an iPhone 8 glass screen protector. It was left on my doorstep, so I could not check the condition upon delivery. Upon opening the package, I noticed that the box containing the screen protector was slightly smashed, and the glass protective screen itself was shattered. I have taken photos of both on my iPhone 8, but unfortunately, I do not know how to send them to you. Additionally, I am puzzled by how this protector is attached to the phone screen as it does not have an adhesive side like other screen protectors. I like the look and size of the product and would like it replaced, but only if it can be properly attached to the phone. I believe this replacement should be provided at no charge since the product was damaged upon receipt. I also require a cover that adheres to my iPhone, as the protector alone is unable to serve its purpose. Thank you. - Pattie B.

Order No.: #[redacted]9 Hello, I recently purchased 2 fitness tracker watches on September 4th. Despite paying for shipping and duty tax upfront, my package was held at the local DHL Depot for outstanding shipping charges of £21. I collected the parcel on September 19th after paying the extra fee. It seems excessive considering each watch is valued at only £20-24 including delivery. Regrettably, one of the watches is malfunctioning as it fails to hold a battery charge even after being plugged in for 24 hours. Good evening, On July 26th, I ordered a NOMOS watch and paid the displayed price of 11,99 € using PayPal. PayPal has confirmed today via telephone that the payment went through correctly and Miniinthebox has already received the 11,99 €. However, today I received multiple emails requesting an additional payment of 12,84 € to complete the order. I am not willing to pay twice for the same item. In December, I purchased a music box from your website. I paid $41.69 through PayPal and the funds were deducted from my bank account. Order number is [redacted]8. However, when I checked the delivery status, it shows that I have no orders with your company and my email is not recognized. This is worrying, especially since it's meant to be a Christmas gift. Can you please assist with this issue?

Hello, I would like to bring to your attention that approximately a month ago, I made an online purchase of a black case for my A20 Samsung cell phone from your store. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the item or any updates regarding the delivery. The transaction was carried out on December 13th, [redacted], using my Mastercard, ending in ...[redacted]. An amount of $14.05 canadian dollars was charged for the purchase. I reside in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, and my name is Reidel Santos Alba (also known as Reidel Alba Santos on my credit card). I am hopeful that this matter can be promptly addressed, as the transaction is reflected on my credit card statement, yet the purchased case has not been received at my address. My mother bought me a set of LED strip lights for Christmas. I recently unpacked them to install them around my new bed, only to discover that only one of the strips is working. The set included 2 strips with 1 remote box, and I had to order another separately. When setting them up, the desk lights work fine with accurate colors, but the other strip doesn't match the selected color. The remote and power function properly, as they work with the desk light. Since my mother made the purchase and forgot her login details, I am unable to file a complaint or return the product. We have the confirmation email with the order number. The lack of displayed customer service numbers and emails is disappointing. I would like a replacement set sent to our new home address since we've moved. I can provide screenshots of the email upon your request. The warranty slip in the package mentions a 1-year warranty but doesn't provide any information on how to claim it.

The item arrived at my previous address after 29 days, despite multiple attempts to update my address due to a family loss. I contacted Miniinthebox on May 16th to change the address but was informed recently that they cannot assist since I didn't reach out sooner. I would like to provide evidence of my attempts through screenshots. Could you please provide an email address for me to forward this information to? The product was meant to arrive within 8-17 days but took 29 days, and now it's at my old workplace with a bill for [redacted] Norwegian crowns. I was unaware of this additional cost. I hope we can resolve this matter as I diligently tried to request an address change or cancellation. The extended delivery time and unexpected charges leave me believing I deserve a refund. I am currently experiencing dissatisfaction. I contacted you in regards to being a victim of a scam, and unfortunately, received no response to my email. This has been quite distressing. Kindly consider treating individuals with more respect when they seek your assistance. I believe I deserve that level of consideration. I have been defrauded of £[redacted].00 by a company that failed to deliver my order. The company in question is MILINTHEBOX. I made a purchase for a dress which never arrived. They initially requested additional payment for delivery, despite my initial payment. Subsequently, they claimed that I never paid for the dress. This was followed by messages stating that the item is in transit, only for them to resume requesting further payments. I am in a challenging situation battling cancer and am seeking solace. I implore you to address this matter concerning the unethical practices of this company, which has deceived numerous individuals. I simply desire a refund of my money. I purchased a wedding dress online for £[redacted].00 but never received it. After a month, I was informed by DHL that they destroyed the dress because I hadn't paid £38.00 for delivery. The box didn't mention any further payment was required besides the taxes and shipping I had paid. Despite my efforts to reach DHL for two weeks, I couldn't get a tracking number, and there is no company manager or contact number provided. The situation feels like a scam. I'm seeking a refund as I can't afford to make another payment, especially as I have cancer, children, and am a single parent. I feel deeply upset and deceived.

In December [redacted], my wife made a payment to MiniInTheBox and was provided with a ticket number instead of an order number. After sending proof of payment and card details to the email address given, we received an apology for the inconvenience. However, when we followed up recently, we received a message from Google Gmail stating that the address was temporarily unresponsive. Dear Customer Service, I am seeking to return a coat I purchased from MiniInTheBox on 21/10/[redacted]. I have been attempting to contact customer service through a ticket submission, but the link seems to be malfunctioning. Please refer to the attached image for details. The coat I received does not match the one displayed on your website. The actual coat is a vibrant green, unlike the more subdued green shade shown online. The fabric is different from what was described; it is lightweight and unsuitable for the winter, more appropriate for summer. Despite following the size guide and sizing up, the coat is excessively large, making it unwearable. The disparity between the advertised coat and the one I received is disappointing. The item appears to be a low-quality imitation. I would like to return the item for a refund due to the misleading information on your website regarding the coat's appearance and quality.

I am disappointed as I have yet to receive the complete loveseat covers I ordered. Instead, I only received the console part. Despite my efforts to clarify the situation over the past two weeks, I am still facing unhelpful responses from the company. They claim I only ordered the console part, which is incorrect. I asked for information on how to return the console, but I have not received any assistance. Today, I had to dispute the $57.38 charge on my credit card for the cover, as it seems like they may have misled me.

I haven't received any email notifications for my recent purchase of the KINYUED Men's Automatic Mechanical Wrist Timepiece Watch. I proceeded to place a second order for the same item but did not receive any email confirmation for that either. I was prompted to download the MiniIn The Box app, which I did. However, I cannot locate my orders in the app, except for seeing a "2" under the order section that suggests downloading the app. I am looking to cancel the order made today at 12PM on 3/3/23 and also verify the shipping status of my initial order.

Order Number: [redacted][redacted] - Order Date: [redacted]-03-31 - Total: €78.82 The hat was delivered in a box that was much too small for its size. Because it was folded, it arrived damaged in several places (crown, brim, trim - broken stem). I won't be able to wear it. I have included photos of the hat alone and next to the delivery box for you to compare sizes. Could you please resend this same hat promptly in appropriate packaging? Thank you very much!

Hello, I recently purchased clothing items in sizes 3X, but unfortunately, they turned out to be too small for me. I ordered 2 pairs of shorts and 2 t-shirts, all in 3X, but they did not fit properly. The shorts were impossible to button or zip up, and the t-shirts were uncomfortably tight and made of material I didn't like. I reached out to initiate a return and was instructed to measure the items and provide photos of the measurements, which I find unnecessary. I simply want to return the products and receive a refund.
