The issue in GetHuman-stabe's own words
I have been working for Duluth Trading in Macomb County since the starting date of October *, ****. On October **, ****, my shift was from **:** am to *:** pm, this incident happen at *:** in the afternoon, one of the lead managers came up to me in the middle of the store, and proceed to yell at me at the top of his voice, What is the matter with you do you have a bug up your butt, and that we can smell you from the front of the store to the back of the store, and proceed to tell me that we are watching you, all because I had a frown on my face, due to a migraine that I had, had all day, this lead manager, was with other managers and other employees, and they thought that it was funny, and some of them started laughing, after he had said this, some of the customers where shocked, and no one really said anything, I finished out my shift, without taking a break that day, and when I got home, I called our EPA assistant group, at the Duluth Corporate Headquarters, I spoke to a counselor named Anna, and told her what had happen that day at work, after telling her the details how this lead manager, spoke to me in the middle of the store, she told me that this person had an internal anger issue against me, and it may lead to others things, which could cause me more problems, even physical issues, under the com stances, that I should not return. This lead manager name was John Bazzo. Knowing that I would have to work with him the next day, I felt that I should call in and say that I was not going to come in,on that Friday, October **, ****, I did not have to work that weekend, so Monday morning, I contacted Mr. Dan Weitzel, associate store manager, and asked him if anyone had said anything to him about what had transpired on October **, and he said no, I proceed to tell him, what was said to me, by the lead manager, and told him that I would not be coming back, do to this incident, I also told him what the counselor said about me coming back. On Tuesday, October **, called EPA back to find a counselor in my area, I also what to our UIA, on Dunham Road, in Mt. Clemens Michigan, to file for unemployment benefits, but was sent a letter letting me know that I did not qualify, because I did not have enough hours per quarter, So at this point, I am trying to figure out what is the next step, as I feel that I was the victim, in this situation
