My husband bought me a Michael Kors bag from Hong Kong airport in May ****. I carried it for the first time in June and while unzipping the bag the zipper broke. I was travelling the next week to singapore so I carried it with me to see if I can get it fixed there and went to the vivo city mall store where I was basically told that they cannot do anything about it. *Then I came back to Mumbai and thought let me give it one more try at the store here at palladium mall. They saw it and said they do not have the particular pin needed to fix it however they did give me the mail id of the customer care and said since it comes with a * year warranty they’ll surely be able to help me. *I mailed the Europe customer care and they asked for the billing details and tags inside the bag to start the warranty process this was August **th *****After this it has been a slow process where they again asked for details of the purse tags and bills and then they asked me to send a picture of a cross marked over the tag and then they will send the refund. *They took my bank details and said it takes ** working days which effectively works to about * weeks. We waited but it did not come and after the end of the wait period they said it bounced back and they’ll try again. I have again waited for * weeks and still haven’t got it in my account. *They never gave me any transaction copy from their end for either of the times even though I repeatedly asked for it. *They have now stopped replying to any of my emails where I m asking for follow up because I would really want to know how am I to proceed. I m stuck with a broken bag with the warranty tags crossed out without the refund so what does that warranty stand for. It’s is ** th December today and I have started this process on August **th. * months gone by and it has been a complete waste. Please do help me out . I want the refund now because they have already made me cross out the tags.Thanks
