Hello My name is Grace, *I purchased my first and only Michael Kors Rose gold.Watch at Macy's ****, since then I've had to return * Times. **st - time stopped, they replaced batteries - did not work. received new.**nd - time stopped and color faded to a metal color. Received new watch.**rd - time stopped - they sent out again said it will take (*) weeks to get batteries replaced. This is nonsense to pay close to $***.** for a watch that I can NOT use more than half the time I've had it. Macy's said if there is a problem other than Batteries I'm to pay to fix. I will NOT pay to fix a watch that I've already paid so much for, and I've already returned (*) times, because it doesn't work. So in short each watch has lasted maybe a year if that. *PLEASE tell me what can be done, I I would very much appreciate a response of some kind. What is the warranty on Michael Kors watches.
