Help with my Michael Kors issue
I was told that Michael Kors only replaces the handbag if it is defective & it IS defective!!! I’d say that torn up lining is defective for a designer bag!!! *. All I asked was to get permission to go into store where purchased with receipt from my checking account. I wasn’t requesting cash back.*All I wanted was an exchange & if the one I chose cost more of course, I’d pay the difference . *It’s been a year now .. please if you can offer suggestions.*Thank you
