I have defective handbag & requested a replacement but was told by Randall that only if my handbag was*IS defective can*will it be replaced!!! *It IS DEFECTIVE as I have two other Michael Kors handbags neither of which has lining torn*shredded inside!!!?! I sent Randall a picture of the horrible shredded lining but was sent a list longer than the list to purchase my home!? in October of **** -when I planned on using this handbag traveling to Punta Cana but was required to complete a list of things to do to get another bag that I haven’t had time due to dealing with iden***y theft *cyber theft matters calling every Federal Agency on planet earth ! *I think this is*has been extremely BAD CUSTOMER RELATIONS & am hopeful that I can get A REPLACEMENT BAG WHICH IS ALL I REQUESTED INITIALLY!!*I bought this handbag on walnut street in Philadelphia Pennsylvania paying full price & only used a couple of times !! Corporate informed me that I can bring bag in to be fixed which I said is unacceptable resolution for a designer with a re****tion of standing behind by grit products represented as a “Designer ...”!!!Turning it in at the king of Prussia store to repair is an unacceptable amicable resolution & im hopeful that an expedited response will enable me to get replacement by Friday, April **, ****!!!*Thanks*Sincerely, *Susan Tschanz
