Greetings, Metrobank! ** I have a problem with two erroneous charges on my account which I have been inquiring about with your bank and the merchant for many days now, until finally, I was informed to first register my account through online to be able to submit a dispute. Problem is, the registration process would not push through as I keep on receiving an "Error" feedback. I have tediously reviewed over and over the data I submitted but the response was always "Error. You may have entered invalid data" I tried calling customer service for assistance on this problem but I was always unsuccessful since my cellphone load would all be used up without me being able to speak with someone from your end. Please, maybe there are some other ways for me to register my account successfully without having to go through a customer service call? Hoping for your kind assistance. Thank you.
