I have been with MetroPCS since ******. I started in Florida and had no issues living there. Since moving to Colorado in May I have had * issues with not getting service and now the back of my Samsung Galaxy S* the back is coming off but every MetroPCS store I have gone to tell me there is nothing we can do!! Really!! Customer Service ***** here!! They say I am eligible for a Promo Upgrade but being on Disabilty I can't afford an upgrade for my Galaxy S* and all others were a downgrade not an upgrade. I have had enough of the idiots here and I can't even afford the $*** though the Insurance because my income is limited being on disability. What is the sense of paying insurance every month when you still have to pay out of pocket? My bill is always paid a month ahead. I want a new phone that is an upgrade from the Galaxy S* even if it's the S*. The S* I have has had no damage or issues and I always buy a case and tempered glass screen protector. It's never been dropped but now the back of my phone is coming off. If I don't get a replacement phone at no charge I will find another carrier that will take care of me and I will tell people Not to use MetroPCS!! I am SO PISSED OFF that supposedly No One can help me!! **************
