The issue in GetHuman-veeve's own words
I was recently in a store, and the agent was unable to activate my phone. Unfortunately, he also managed to break the top left side of the screen. He then claimed that he didn’t break it, and tried to tell me that he didn’t do anything to cause it. He was fiddling around with the phone, struggling with the case, and trying to take the back and battery compartment off of the phone, and I had to tell him where the SIM card holder was located. He continued to insist that he hadn’t damaged my phone, in spite of the fact that it was not broken before I handed it to him. When I asked him if he could do anything to fix it, he said no and again tried to claim that he hadn’t broken it. He said his name was Jerry. I was at the *** broadway unit *, Denver CO ***** store, on Saturday, October **th, at around *pm. I would like MetroPCS to repair my phone screen that your agent broke and tried to deny any culpability.
