Hello, I have been with metro pcs for over *years and added a line and bought another phone for my boyfriend. My phone i have had since I opened the account and just went dead the touch screen was messing up as well. All I want is to purchase a new phone but all the good deals are for customers that switch from another carrier to yours. So what about us loyal customers that have stayed with your company we get nothing compared to new customers! Also the employees you have working in some of your stores don't have a clue how phones work! always having to go to many stores to get answers!! Especially the store at **st and Michigan Indpls, IN Horrible the girls name Noemi was not helpful at all!! She said maybe because of the merge of tmoble and us that is why your phone is messing up or your simms card could be expired? She never took my phone apart to see if it might be my battery. All I would like is a nice discount on buying a new phone. Thanks so much.*Lisa Moss
