The issue in GetHuman-feagle's own words
On ********** I bought an item from store ***** and the price at the shelf read $*.** and the item was scanned $**.**.Next dayI went to the store customer service and the guy there was rude and unpleasant and claiming that probably a customer put the item in the wrong spot! I contact every body in the store including their general manager (Ronald) about the issue and gave him my informations and never call back .I’m not just unhappy about the money difference,but about bad customer service and the issue of the managers never care about my complaint.When I left the sore ,the guy at the customer service gave a smirk and after ruining my day he says have a good day .Sure he wasn’t wish me good day but he is confident nobody will talk to him about good customer! I’m surprised that you don’t have an**** for customer service and the number I found on your website and the other number given to me by the store are useless and you can’t get anybody to talk about your concerns.Thank u,God bless u and God blessAmerica!
