I have been a Men’s Health subscriber for many years. I have enjoyed the magazine and have gifted my sons and best friend with subscriptions. I have also gifted my daughter with a Women’s Health subscription. Here in lies the problem.....back in November **** my daughter moved and my wife called to change the address for her subscription. Unfortunately things got messed up and the address was changed for my Men’s Health subscription. She is receiving my magazine and not her Women’s Health. A month or so ago my wife called to inquire about the mix and was assured after much time on the phone with the agent that things were taken care of and we would both be receiving the correct magazine. Today, October **, **** my daughter once again received my Men’s Health and I have received no magazine. I have not had a magazine dedlivered to my address for the passed ** months. I tried contacting customer service via the phone and was on hold for well over ** minutes when I gave up and went this route. I would greatly appreciate having this issue taken care of in a timely fashion or you will lose me as a subscriber and the * gift subscriptions I also am responsible for giving. I would expect better service give that I have been a loyal suscriber for over ** years. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP.
