I have been a Men’s Health subscriber for many years. I have enjoyed the magazine and have gifted my sons and best friend with subscriptions. I have also gifted my daughter with a Women’s Health subscription. Here is the issue I am facing. Back in November [redacted], my daughter moved and my wife called to update her subscription address. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up and my Men’s Health subscription address got changed instead. Despite my wife's call to correct this a month ago, my daughter still receives my Men’s Health magazine, and I have not received my subscription for the past 10 months. After multiple attempts to reach customer service by phone, I still haven't had this resolved. I hope to see a prompt resolution as a long-time loyal subscriber with multiple gift subscriptions under my account. I await your speedy resolution.

I am writing to express my frustration with Men's Health Magazine. This marks the third time I have reached out in an attempt to be removed from your mailing list. If I receive another issue despite my requests, I plan to contact your top advertisers - specifically, the back page advertiser, inside front cover advertiser, and back page inside advertiser. I will inform them that despite repeated attempts to be removed from your circulation list, I am still receiving the magazine and simply discarding it. Please remove me from your circulation list promptly. Thank you, Raymond H. Apt 31 94 Griggs Rd Brookline, MA 02[redacted]

I want to clarify that I have never subscribed to Men’s Health Magazine and do not wish to receive it. Please provide written confirmation that my details have been removed from your records. If you still want to send the magazine, please send a prepaid return envelope for me to return it to you. I expect written confirmation of my information being deleted, all charges reversed, and no further contact from your side. An apology would also be appreciated. -Katherine L.

I had an unpleasant encounter with Jeff Tomko, the writer who seemed disrespectful in his article on men's health featuring Gunnar Peterson. I work closely with Eric Hillman, who is good friends with Gunnar and the original owner Joe Weider, representing companies that endorse your advertisements. Despite the presence of bigger names like Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler, there should be humility. Jeff's behavior was unprofessional, and I am disappointed. Retaining Gunnar Peterson would be a great addition as he aligns with many of the companies we represent. Jeff's rude attitude has left a negative impression, and I believe he should be dismissed.
