Hi there idk if my previous email went through today at meijers Pharmacy beckley road battle creek mi. I had a prescription called in * hrs prior to showing up to pick it up. I waited in line ** minutes for them to tell me my script wasn't being filled until tomorrow not due to lack of the medication but they filled it under non emergency. They said it would be a ** minutes until it would be ready but in the Pharmacist hands was half my script. They other half was * pill! I tried to fill a complaint with mark s. Store manager but he insisted this was store policy to file under non emergency. Weather it is or not is not my call but I think * hrs should be sufficient time to fill a * item script. I insisted to mark on writing a formal complaint he explained he would be the only one to see said complaint... I thought this would be a conflict of interest. I would like to inquire weather or not this is store policy to put a script that was called in plenty of time to be filled the next day as they told me it would only take ** mins when I waited I feel a sufficient amount of time. Sorry if this email seems scattered as I am very upset I have to wait another day for my medication. Thank you for your time as I know time is very precious I look forward to your response
