I work for a provider office and we have a client that has an Aetna Medicare Supplement plan that says bills are submitted directly to Medicare and they send them directly to Aetna but our billing shows the clients owes for co-insurance and it doesn't appear to be going to Aetna. We are not able to put in Aetna to get billing because they have no payor ID and they say do not send paper bills. So what are we supposed to do?
GetHuman-ltanberg did not yet indicate what Medicare should do to make this right.
