After dropping off my daughter at a concert in Hartford CT, my wife and I ate and had coffee at McDonalds at ** Weston St. We stayed over an hour then went to our car and found that it had been towed. The manager was not helpful and said we stayed longer than ** minutes and that they have no contract with the tow company. I spent an hour looking for a towing sign. The sign is on a pole ** feet in the air and small. I had to climb it to read the address. The tow company said they are contracted with McDonalds. They go around the parking lot with video tape and if the car has been there for more than ** minutes it gets towed. This is a huge scam and cost me $*** cash to get my car back. I would like my money refunded. This should never have happened. Please respond back with what else I need to do. So many people are getting towed mostly teenagers who go to the concert.
