Customer Service was awful at Whitaker Rd McDonald's ***A. Nobody answered the drive through window. I had go inside McDonald's. The manager said young employee had earpiece to mobile window on. As I walked into the Resturant employee was mopping. She had ZERO customer service etiquette. She didn't say good morning excuse me wet floor are a word. I placed my order than used a coupon buy on get * free. The manager acted as if she was TIRED as she waited for my food head down where you pick up the food. Afterwards I looked in the bag NO RECEIPT OF COURSE. I'm A Customer Service Manager cancel sale for no complaint knowledge.
