Dear Sir*Madam,**By default, the automatic renewal of my subscription was enabled in my McAfee-account. As with most of my installed software I was expecting this to be manual and be informed in time regarding the renewal of my subscription. To my disappointment your policy seems to be quite peculiar and today I received an email informing me that you have decided to withdraw money from my account without noticing me in advance. I have cancelled the automatic subscription from my McAfee-account and I strictly request that you will not proceed with charging me as I am not willing to be part of McAfee's protection anymore. If the transaction cannot be cancelled at this stage I am expecting a full refund.**I look forward to your confirmation that my request is respected accordingly. **Sincerely,**Ioannis Karagiannis
