Hi Maxwell House,*I have enjoyed your coffee products for as long as I can remember, especially the instant cappuccino and latte sachets, until recently. Last year, I was unfortunately diagnosed with a dairy intolerance, it has been difficult to make the transition, most especially because there are no instant coffee dairy- alternatives coffee drinks anywhere on the market, I am aware of. With great flavoured, soya, coconut, hazelnut and almond milks available, there is a whole range waiting to satisfy and tease your customers. The whole 'dairy-free' issue is so much more than a fad or trend, for people like myself, we have no choice because it is a matter of being dairy intolerant so have to avoid altogether. Please can you tell me when you have plans to market this much needed new range of products? Thank you for taking the time to read my email, I can only hope you take up my idea.
