Maui Jim Customer Service Issues

I recently purchased the Maui Jim Backswing glasses from my eye care doctor in Sutter Creek, California. I've been a loyal Maui Jim customer since [redacted], but unfortunately, this pair has been causing me headaches. The frames don't stay aligned, and the lenses keep popping out, requiring frequent adjustments by my eye care professional. I've had to send them back to Maui Jim twice for repairs, and now they're out of alignment once again. After owning them for six months and experiencing loss of use and multiple trips for adjustments, I've reached my limit. Even though I've been a dedicated customer for many years, this particular pair does not meet the usual Maui Jim standard.
