My adult daughter is DISABLED. She is unable to understand or take care of money. I have Power of Attorney. I set up a mc card for her where she could spend only $***.*Then her limit was - by you - increased to $***. That was wrong. I had already explained the issues to some anonymous voice on the phone. Fortunately, he put the limit back at $***. He assured me the account would be marked with red flags and flashing lights and sirens so that her limit could NEVER be raised. Well, guess what. Her limit has been raised again recently. May I repeat she is disabled (do you know anyone who is disabled?) She cannot handle her money. If you raise her credit limit to $*,*** what do you think she will do? She has no money to pay her own bills. I have to pay them for her. Did I mention that I have POWER OF ATTORNEY over this account? Yes, I think I did mention that. No one is supposed to be able to change the amount of credit she can have. Do you have any questions about that? This is all a very difficult situation for the whole family. You see, she is DISABLED and I have POWER OF ATTORNEY. She must not be the only person in the world who is not able to handle her money. Is there anyone at Mastercard who can understand this very simple issue. I have spent much, much, much more time on the phone trying to get through to someone on your phone lines. They are very polite, but have no idea of what I am talking about and or how to help me and now I see that my daughter recently charged up to $***.**. WHAT IS GOING ON? Did I mention that I previously had this all straightened out with all those red flags and bells and whistles that were supposed to alert MC not to change her credit limit. I would be happy to send you my POWER OF ATTORNEY papers in Big Letters so that you can have it framed for your wall. Well, I've been very snarky, but that's what happens when a person is driven crazy explaining this over and over and over. If you can't help me with this, I am going to have to cancel her card. I don't want to that, but I cannot pay anything above a $*** limit. If I have to explain this all over again I will, but I'm hoping and hoping that you understand, because my adult daughter is DISABLED.
