Help with my Marriott Rewards issue
My name is Dr. Brian Rosta and I have been a rewards member for years (**********) as I travel considerably for my company (Pearson Online and Blended Learning). Last year, I was convinced to switch from Marriott to Hilton Rewards, a move I am now regretting. However, If I switch back now, I will likely not travel enough to maintain my Platinum status, so I am probably better off staying with their Diamond program. My wife suggested I email you (she’s a BIG fan of Marriott) and ask if there is any way my Platinum could be extended another year so I can return to your program. I figured it didn’t hurt to ask. Thanks for your consideration.
I trust that Marriott Rewards will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
